Will you actively contribute to the continued growth and international success of Onetrail in the UK? Using our cutting-edge technology, we build the latest applications and solutions for message exchange, data integration and data analysis. To expand the UK sales and marketing team, we are looking for an Account Coordinator.

Who are we looking for?

Many large retailers in the Netherlands, Belgium and the United Kingdom are successfully using Onetrail services. Our solution helps connect dozens of suppliers per month to an automated purchasing flow, which processes thousands of orders per day. To further expand this success, we focus our marketing and sales activities entirely on the retail and IT sector within Europe.

We are looking for an Account Coordinator who preferably has previous work experience in a role that has supported commercial business to business. We are seeking someone with experience in proactively approaching warm leads and is a natural quick learner. We need you to be technically skilled and relevant with sales experience with distributors, manufacturers or resellers.

A born winner, with positive energy working together with colleagues on deals, but also independently able to develop sales. A communicator and customer-oriented person, that is convincing in communication and can work well with your direct colleagues.

What will you be doing?

Making an active contribution to the turnover growth of Onetrail within the UK. In addition to supporting the sales department, you will proactively approach manufacturers who use our applications with the option of significantly simplifying work for a small additional cost per month.

You will need to support account managers in the field to jointly guarantee customer satisfaction. You will need to respond to questions from customers and prospects correctly and in a timely manner, while also keeping them informed with follow-ups. You will need to work accurately, keep overviews and administer your activities in Exact Synergy.

The division between actively following up “warm” leads and other activities is roughly fifty-fifty.


  • Pro-active follow-up of incoming leads and approaching your own prospect list;
  • Identify sales opportunities and notice sales suggestions within the team;
  • Account management of new and existing customers in the UK with the aim of achieving more turnover and maintaining and improving customer satisfaction;
  • Expansion of turnover within the defined Onetrail sales targets;
  • Active monitoring of follow-up and customer satisfaction within your customer base;
  • Monitoring of the after-sales delivery process with the associated communication to the customer;
  • Administrative processing of sales-related follow-up, such as forecasting, contracts, Project Initiation Documents, archiving and maintaining Synergy.

  • Excellent command of the English language (English native speaker is preferable);
  • Commercially oriented, customer-oriented and organized;

  • Enthusiastic, proactive and eager to learn.
